Get one when you order your bike, the 1,000 Watt motor will wear out the original one in about 600 miles or so, and this may depend on the type of riding you do. I ride off road up and down mountains. They got me a new hub and wheel in about a week. Thanks bike people for getting the parts that I need to the USA, asap. 😊✌️🤙
I personally like to sit up-right for comfort, the A-Bars give you that type of posture when riding. Plus, you get lot's more room for accessories if you need that.
It's not easy to give a review with a brand-new bike with only just over 100 miles on it. Buying a new bike this time of year here in the NW of the United States we don't get to ride much being the weather sucks your soul more than you can ride. I find the quality and finish of the bike is very good. Very solid in every way. It's a bit slow in the first 2 PAS modes for my comfort. But understanding how much volts it uses, or let's say how much it doesn't use on the batteries is a plus. But a bit slow. If you put the bike in PAS 3 and above it does fine with keeping pace with others. I'm 5'8 tall. I got the smaller frame bike 17 I think is what it is. I have to raise the seat fairly high for my legs to be comfortable riding. So, it makes me feel like I'm kind of high over the bike. I'm sure over time that should calm down for me. I like the bright yellow color I choose for the frame. The black accent help with the overall look of the bike. The A bar was to flat for my liking. I gave it to a sibling to put on his bike. I bought the real Jones Bike H bar with a 2.5 lift. It feels a lot better on my shoulders. I'm getting use to the Wrem front forks and the Wren rear hub. I got help from Tej with programing my Ultra motor. I thank him very much for his help. The small change in programing I think will help the bike overall feel and keep me wanting to ride the bike more than the other 3 ebikes I own. I would like an invite to review the bike maybe this time next year. And see how many miles I get to put on it by then. Overall, I would recommend buying this bike if you want a large hunting frame bike that is very comfortable with full suspension and is powerful in higher PAS. But with city street manors. I went with the 26x4 inch fat tires. for riding in nearly all conditions. It will with ease.

This is our third Biktrix e bike as we purchased two hub duo’s last year one for our daughter and then my husband got one. They love the bikes and the bikes have never had an issue so far. I am a little shorter than my daughter and although I liked riding her hub duo I found it a little big for me so I decided to get the hub duo small. I’m so glad I went with the small version as I find it more enjoyable to ride and I feel more comfortable. I would recommend a Biktrix e bike to anyone considering buying an e bike. These 20mm shorter cranks work better than the oem 170mm cranks. Less hits to the ground.

I am really enjoying riding my new Juggernaut Ultra Duo 2 Step-Over. It has been 5 years since I have had ridden a bike. My old English 10 speed with the skinny tires got ruined in a flood and I never replaced it until now. I carefully investigated many of the available E-Bikes and listened carefully to many of the reviews on Biktrix Bikes. I made a decision to buy one and very happy that I did. Power assist is a different feel, and I am taking is slowly as recommended. The Biktix staff has been most helpful and you can't ask for more than that. I highly recommend getting your E-Bike from this company.
Bought the juggernaut because i wanted a bike that would support my excess weight, i have had a chinese eBike in the past and it was not pleasant to ride. But with a juggernaut, its night and day in difference. I love everything about it, had trouble assembling and testing it but the support staff really reacted on the double, i feel confident that i will get superb after sale service if i ever encounter any issues. When I’m riding my bike, people turn their heads in admiration when i ride in the streets, people , like me, are impressed ( and sometimes, intimidated) by the impressive frame of the bicycle, built to last and to impress so yes, its good to be king! Like i said, its a bit high if you want to stand over the step over frame of the ebike with both feet remaining on the ground but i manage. Thx Biktrix!
Motor works great, and was in pristine condition despite being a takeoff unit. After a quick tune it performs excellent. My only note would be to include that this motor is the UART version. The Bafang M620 comes as either UART or CANBUS protocol, and the surrounding bike systems are not inter-compatible.

It took me about 45 minutes to unbox, assemble and adjust the seat and handlebars. I've ridden it almost 100 miles in about a week with zero issues. Looking forward many more miles.
We purchased the new battery as our Stunner would just shut off under mild load. We purchased the new battery which arrived timely and as described, however our Biktrix Stunner still shuts off. while riding.
I opted for the larger battery and still haven't gone beyond 2nd gear under power. It's quite quick.

Only had the bike out a couple of times. The weather has not been great here in April. Loving the bike so far. Time will tell. climbing hills and Head winds are a thing of the past. Looking forward to Summer.

Cranks just like original BBS02 but shorter so work way better/comfortable for shorter person. Seem to be good quality. Reduce pedal hits.
The front cargo basket is great. It is a nice size. I put a cargo net on it and I can put a lot in it. The bike light was rubbing when I was riding the bike. I moved the light from the frame/fender to the front of the basket. It has worked our very well.
