Here is an update on outstanding pre-order bikes. For sake of transparency, we wanted to provide clarification on how we process your orders, as stock bikes (no upgrades) and build bikes (has upgrades) are treated a little differently.
For stock bikes, we can ship directly from our warehouses to you, the customer. This means a shorter processing time.
For bike orders with upgrades (ie, brake upgrades and/or adding an A-Bar) we bring our bikes right to our mechanics here at our headquarters in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan! So, even if the bikes are in-stock-and-shipping, they still may need a bit of time to be customized for your order.
Please note that we process orders from oldest to newest. When we declare a variant as “in stock and shipping,” this means that we are beginning to process the very first orders ever placed for this variant, as well as the first orders for every other variant that has arrived at the same time.
