🤔 Why give away a free bike?
We're clearing 2024 Lite series inventory for our 2025 models. Rather than warehouse them at $200/month per unit, we'd rather get them under riders. You get a $1,499–$2,299 bike free, we free up cash flow and warehouse space. It's logistics, not charity.
⚡ Are the free bikes lower quality?
They're different. The free bikes use hub motors (simpler, zero maintenance) versus the mid-drive on the FS series. The Swift Lite 3 has a 350W motor—perfect for commuting, not for climbing mountains. Different tools for different jobs, same Biktrix build quality and 2-year warranty.
📦 What if I don't need two bikes?
Gift it. Sell it. Donate it. Many customers sell the free bike for $1,200–$1,800 cash, effectively dropping their FS Pro 3 cost to $2,200–$2,800. We don't care what you do with it—we want you on a Biktrix flagship.
🔧 I'm not mechanical. Can I assemble two?
Both bikes arrive 95% assembled. The Lite series is actually simpler to assemble than the FS series (no full suspension to tune). Average assembly: 15 minutes for the Lite, 25 minutes for the FS. Tools included. Video support available.
📏 What if the free bike doesn't fit?
The Swift Lite 3 comes in three wheel sizes (24", 26", 29") to fit riders 5'0" to 6'4". The Juggernaut Lite fits 5'3"–5'7" (S) or 5'7"–6'2" (L). If there's a fit issue, we'll swap sizes within 15 days at no cost.

Yes. One delivery, one tracking number, one reinforced crate. Shipping two bikes together costs us 35% less than separate shipments. We pass that savings to you as a free bike instead of a discount.
