My wife didn’t want an e-bike so I didn’t tell her. I got two for one and surprised her. All it took was one ride, zipping past me. We love our bikes.

after a significant and unexplained delay in receipt of my order, my two bikes arrived in good shape.

Pyrchasef two bikes. Lovevthem but found one to be skipping on peddaling. Contacted Biktrix had bikevtaken to shop to get derailer alligned. Did this but find it still does the skip occasionally. Will return to shop to het it looked again.

Hi, When I received the Stunner Lite the back brakes were not working. Service sent parts very quickly and I received them in 3 days. In the province of Ontario it would be good for your company to set up bike shops and have them familiar with your line so your customers can feel secure in knowing that the right servicing is being done.

We’ve received our bikes in a timely manner everything went as per conversation when order was made,our two bikes unfortunately have not been taken out of shipping boxes, bikes arrived just pryer to us leaving on holidays,the bikes will only be assembled beginning of October,

Did a lot of looking around checking many different e-bike companies bikes. I kept ending up comparing all the rest to Biktrix. Well in the end it was no contest. Biktrix juggernauts for both my wife and myself! And we have no regrets on our choice. These new e-bikes are amazing and hands down we are really enjoy our rides on them! We’ve told all our friends family and coworkers, even been stopped by a few strangers who had to ask where we got them!

I received my 2 Juggernaut Lite Plus 19 days ago and am loving them I have had 2 knees replaced in the last 9 months and this is the perfect rehab.
