I crashed, my bad, broke brake lever.
The Biktrix team set me up with more than I needed for repairs at a very reasonable price. Thanks to all who got me back riding.

The Biktrix Logan E300 installed easily with no adjustments needed and perform well.
Very impressed with Biktrix. Tej was very precise and helpful.

The new caliper fit ok but had to use the stock hose as the new hose was to short. After this repair along with over $400 in brake repairs I would hope no more issues with brakes on a bike that is kept as new with just over 160 miles. Pretty disappointed I must say.

I needed the electric brake cut off connector that was ripped out on accident. Instead Curtis advised I replace the complete brake. The assembly, caliper, line and handle came charged and fully assembled. I was able to replace the entire setup in under 10 min and it works great.. did not have to bleed.. Not to mention a great price! Thank you Curtis!

Would like to have additional face to face or phone support to resolve technical troubleshooting in real time. Prompt of replies was good and shipped of parts timely.
