First of all I’m not real sure what you mean by custom/consumable item…
All l ordered was a brake bleed kit and you couldn’t just put it in the mail…instead I had a lengthy ordeal with someone re. the courier shipping..
To me that is stupid
My current phone # was given to the lady I talked to re. the shipping but she used an old # so consequently the courier service couldn’t get in contact with me so my parcel sat in there office for close to 10 days……
Blows my mind how something as simple as putting a little parcel in the mail can end up so ridiculously stupid
Could have been put in the mail for probably $10 but no had to pay $25 to a courier which is also real friggin stupid…
So…..my rating with biktrix at the moment is very very low
So you all have a good one and hopefully next time around my experience will be much better

Patience is a virtue, and when you buy a bike like this, not only do you take your time making sure everything is right about the bike you mentally learn what it's capabilities are before you set foot in its territory.
I said all that to say this, this is a great company, and they are on cutting edge ideas when it comes to power, torque and comfortability.
A company that needs to grow.
Will give more reviews as I'm able to spend time on this new MTB.

Biktrix was prompt in replying online however it would be helpful to be able to talk in real time when an issue isn’t easily resolved via email response, particularly around bike repairs. Thank you, love my bike.

Wanted a new 27.5 x 3 rear wheel assembly. Contacted customer service and they walked me through the whole process. Sent me pictures of what to measure to make sure I received the correct wheel set for my Bike. The wheel arrived and it fit perfectly! Thanks Biktrix service!

New piece shipped free of charge based on warranty and I had a local battery technician install it. Thanks for the great support as always!
