Biktrix is a great company that sells first class e-bikes! From the beginning of the order to delivery, there was quick and easy communication and any questions were handled promptly and professionally. The bike itself is amazing (Monte Capro Ultra), and I’m now anxiously looking forward to the Spring thaw for more test runs.
