Shengyi 48V 500W Hub Motor

New motors installed and working as should. Problems was the cost of shipping was over $200.00 dollars American almost $300.00 Canadian and don’t understand why as a Canadian customer I was billed USA ! Also I inquired about a new e bike you had on promotion for $575.00 and said I already bought two bikes when you were promoting and also 2 spare batteries! Yet your representative said she would let me know if she could sell me one for a spare but I have not yet got back to me with an answer?? We come to Florida for 5 months in winter and rely on our bikes for transportation and keep us physically active we are 70 years old and have road our bikes 4000 kilometres and enjoy theme a lot and due to Christmas holidays and miss communication we were without working bike from December 23 till February 5 . Please advise me if we can get the deal on third bike for spare. Still a loyal customer and have much praise for your products but very disappointed with repairing and evaluation process thanks John and Catherine
