NO OWNERS MANUAL

ONE BATTERY CAME DOA AND YOU WOULD THINK SOMETHING YOU PAID 3700 FOR WOULD COME WITH A OWNERS MANUAL. I WAS HOPING FOR A SMOTH SET-UP BUT WITH NO PRINTED MANUAL IT IS A JOKE. THE ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS SUCK AND EXPLAIN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN DETAIL. I HAVE BOUGHT OTHER EBIKES AND THE MANUAL FOR THE BATTERY AND CHARGER WAS OVER 100 PAGES AND ANOTHER 50 FOR THE MOTOR.

Juggernaut classic duo step-over

I have not been able to test the bike because there is an error in the e-bike panel. I have been unable to speak to a representative from the company to assist me in resolving the problem. The e-bike did not include a manual and it was not practical to follow instructions on-line. In addition, I purchased additional lights and installing the additional bike parts has been challenging. It would have been a lot easier to get the bike all ready assembled, tested, and validated. At the moment, I need technical support to get back to me so that I complete the e-bike assembly and can be able to ride the bike and provide a better feedback on the bike performance.

Loving the juggernaut classic duo. Got the bike a couple of weeks ago and have been putting some miles in it. Rides great, climbs hills easily, and battery life is good so far. Also, I can’t say enough about the customer support. Had a few minor issues after a few days of riding, kickstand lost a piece and the battery lock came loose. Reached out to biktrix and literally had replacement parts 2 days later. I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat.

Great packaging but

I finslly got my bike after 15 days(because of Purolator)
The packaging was good but it arrived with 2 spot of chipped paint parallel on the front fork. I know it wasnt when i unpacked it because it was on my wood floor on a carpet and it couldnt have been during shipping because the box was intact. That only leaves the factory/warehouse as a possibility. The fenders are high quality, screen's nice, i havent had much change to ride because of the ice and the fact that i dont have studded tyres for this bike yet but everything seems good on that part. I'm probavly going to upgrade the front light.
