I did get this for my mom who is short as the ebike I got her was too big and she has been travelling alot so has'nt really rode it other then around the block. So back to the review as I had it for a few months and its been great aside from a few issues. The parts that came with it was good and the lock on grips was a nice touch. The seat was good but I got one with thicker padding and spings and it made the city riding a lot better. I feel like when I'm pedaling the motor is assisting me well and I'm not ghost pedaling (to keep motor running)when in the different PAS modes. Also being able to go throttle only is great as well if one ever wanted or needed to.
My gripes with the bike is the noisy motor as you dont need to ring a bell when passing other cyclists, leaking front shocks (always leaving a thick ring of oil/grease on the sanctions and support said it supposed to), the stem being way higher then it needs to be as I have it on the lowest and it still feels high as I'm 5'10", shorter folks I feel it would feel it would be more like riding with monkey bars. The seatpost being short and I had to buy a longer one to get better leg extension as the one that comes with it wouldnt be in the frame deep enough but since I did get this for a shorter rider it is just user preferrence.
Would've gave it 4/5 if the motor and shocks weren't so loud and being told they are supposed to be leaky.
