I purchased the duo OEM backup battery a little over a year ago. The first battery I received did not charge. I was made to prove to them that it was not charging before. They would send her a replacement and I had to pay for shipping. The second battery I received Worked for the first few months. I hadn’t used it for a few months, but kept it charged… I thought. When I went to use it, it had no charge and was unable to hold a charge. In other words, both batteries were faulty and a complete waste of money

Hello, I really like my Juggernaut XD, it’s just that I have a challenging commute and I need more battery. I bought the XD expecting the range extender to be available soon after buying. Well, I was happy to be informed that the design had been completed so I ordered. I was told “plug and play” but the 11 step directions said that a qualified person needs to install. Being a bike mechanic from the 80’s and 90’s I reluctantly decided to install. I basically got to the end but could not stuff all the wires, connectors, XT-60, etc. back inside the frame. I cannot get my original battery back in the back so I have decided to go to a reputable local bicycle shop to see if they can help me. I am hopeful but it has been a challenge. So, my beautiful XD is resting awaiting to be revived. When this is all done, I hope to write a better review. Most everyone at Biktrix have honestly tried to help. More to come.

When I rode my juggernaut FS XD and I took the riding to work route. With my old bike, when I got to my work, I had to plug-in the battery for at least an hour and a half before I went back home. This time I did the full route and still had 50% left! This range is great and I love not having range anxiety!

i can ride more 50 KLM no pedaling at 32.5 klm hrs and more than 150 pedaling love it Merci Biktrix you are top bike cant wait to buy one off those XD
